I have been speed bagging for about 11 years, standard boxing style. This will change your speed bag game! I would not go back to the standard U-swivel. Thousand times recommend this product to anyone trying to step it up.

The Evo14XR is a very fast and smooth swivel. Works great. Everything that was advertised was delivered. A great buy.
I started speed bagging a few months back with the cheapest bag/swivel I could find and a home made platform out of old plywood. I realized pretty quickly that I loved banging on the bag. After watching some of the Allen Kahn videos I knew it was time to upgrade if I wanted to attempt some “fancy bagging”
After a lot of research I decided this Thrasher House swivel fit the bill, and I could tell right away I’d only have to buy it once. This swivel will no doubt get passed down to my kids!
If you're looking for an excellent swivel that is sturdy, responsive, and easy to install, look no further. This swivel is easily fittable into multiple speed bag platforms due to the hole placement on this swivel. There is an option to use the normal ball hook core ball or the stealth core - both have different sound properties. Very responsive to changes in speed and changes in direction. Components (teflon sleeve and core ball) are easily replaceable. It's excellent!
